We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Cafe all rounders/Barista to join our vibrant team at Macchina Espresso Kingsgrove Pottery' in the heart of Kingsgrove, NSW ****.
As a fulltime member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and food offerings.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and serving a variety of beveragesTaking orders, table services, dishes wash and cleaning tablesProviding attentive and friendly customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphereMaintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, including regular cleaning tasksRestocking and inventory management to ensure the cafe is well-stocked at all timesWorking collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional cafe experience
What we're looking for




All cafe rounders ( experienced preferred )1 year Experience in CafeStrong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitalityExcellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environmentKnowledge of POSA team-player mentality and the ability to work collaborativelyA positive, friendly, good pesonality and enthusiastic attitudeRunning food and drinks and clearing tables, load the dish and glass washersFlexible and focused to help in other areas of the cafe as and when required
