Carrying out repairs and services to trucks, trailers and equipment.With a strong and growing customer base across transport, logistics, and specialised equipment, we are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to play a key role in our service operations.The OpportunityWe are looking for a confident, capable professional who can take ownership of the front-of-house service function, build strong client relationships, and drive workshop efficiency.You will act as the critical link between customers and the workshop, ensuring high-value clients receive a premium, professional service experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer relationships from booking through to job completionReview and validate repair orders, job scope, and service requirementsRaise and manage job cards with accuracy and efficiencyProvide clear, proactive communication and updates to customersPrepare detailed and accurate estimates for complex repairsManage invoicing and job closure with attention to detailLiaise with technicians to prioritize workflow and maximize productivityMonitor OEM portals for warranty, recall,
