This is a large team of approx.
40 staff in this busy kitchen.In this role you will be based at St Vincent's private hospital, Darlinghurst.Cleaning and Washing up responsibilitiesUtilisation of 2 large commercial dishwashersCorrect application of chemicals for cleaning purposesFollowing processes for stock and equipmentAdhering to a daily time schedule.Working in a teamwork environmentAwareness of WHS responsibilitiesAble to follow Instructions and food safety principlesAttention to detailPrevious experience in washrooms/cleaningTime management skillsGood communication skillsFlexibility to cover shifts over 7 days, early mornings and afternoon shiftsWillingness to work in the eveningsPunctualityJoin us on our mission to provide care to all,
