workshop support and customer service.Your responsibilities will include:Managing all parts enquiries from customers, dealers and internal staffOrdering and purchasing parts from local and overseas suppliersMaintaining accurate inventory levels and stock controlProcessing warranty and replacement partsPicking, packing and dispatching parts ordersLiaising closely with the workshop to ensure technicians have the parts they needMaintaining a clean, organised and productive parts departmentMonitoring stock levels and identifying slow-moving or critical stock itemsProviding outstanding customer service over the phone, via email and in personContinuously improving systems and processes to ensure the department operates efficientlyWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Parts Manager
