Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Audio Visual & Smart Building PoE Coordinator to join our team.
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for AV conference spaces, Power over Ethernet (PoE) powered smart building systems including lighting, as well as environmental sensors and IoT devices.What You Will DoProvide white-glove technical support for internal, customer, and C-level executive meetings, monitor and manage conference room booking systems, and ensure cleanliness, temperature, and functionality of conference rooms.Why It Might Be a FitThis is a client-facing role requiring close collaboration with clients, their customers, and cross-functional technical teams.
We are looking for a candidate with 2 years' experience in a client/customer service-oriented environment, preferably in a corporate conference center or smart building environment.Requirements2 years' experience in a client/customer service-oriented setting,
