250 properties), part of our 500-property rent roll split with a senior property managerLiaising with landlords, tenants, and tradesCoordinating maintenance and repairsOverseeing lease renewals and rent reviewsWorking closely with our dedicated leasing and inspection teams, who handle the vast majority of routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections on your behalfEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency proceduresProviding exceptional customer service and maintaining qualified communicationWho We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' experience in residential property managementSound working knowledge of NSW property management legislationConfident managing a portfolio independently while working within a teamExcellent communication and organisational skillsConfident, calm and professional under pressureBonus Skills (not essential but highly regarded)Experience with PropertyMe, FLK It Over, and Inspection Express
