You will bridge R&D; and production, guiding a multidisciplinary group to deliver secure, immersive XR devices.Responsibilities include leading PCB design in Altium, enforcing QA, integrating tracking sensors, ensuring ISO-compatible rugged hardware, and managing external contract manufacturers.
