Full Time Machine Operator - Afternoon Shift Positions

Location: Pendle Hill, NSW
We're a plastic film manufacturer producing industrial builders' film, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on machine operator to join our team.
This is physical, fast-paced, and repetitive work - ideal for someone who is dependable, switched on, and looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow.
You'll be working as part of a small, focused team, but also expected to operate autonomously when required.
What You'll Do:
Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machinesPerform basic machine maintenance and troubleshootingConduct visual quality checks on finished productRecord production data and report any issuesFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaContribute to process improvements and continuous development where possibleAfternoon shift hours from 3pm - 11pm
What We're Looking For:




Self-motivated with a solid work ethic and hands-on attitudeExperience in a manufacturing environment is helpful, but not essential - full training is providedPhysically fit - able to stand, lift, and complete repetitive tasks during the shift
A safety-conscious mindset - you follow procedures and look out for your team
Good time management skills - able to prioritise tasks and stay on top of production requirements
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable and ready to work across shifts, including overtime or weekends if needed
Someone looking to grow with the business and take on more responsibility over time
A forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential
Must have Australian work rights
