ABOUT THIS ROLEWe are seeking an enthusiastic and highly capable Operations Supervisor in Gladstone.The role is a mix of hands-on and office-based with consistent engagement and communication with our customers and driving teams to achieve the desired outcomes on safety, productivity, process, compliance, mentoring and training.This is an excellent career development prospect with a fast-growing, international business.
This role will report to the Depot Manager and work across council and commercial contracts based from this site.You'll bring urgency, confidence, and a customer-first mindset.
