In this newly created role reporting to the Global Director, Culture, you will work closely with stakeholders across APAC to support the delivery of culture initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, inclusion and employee engagement.
This is a great prospect to gain broad exposure across People & Culture while developing your project coordination and stakeholder management skills.Some of your responsibilities will include:Supporting the implementation of the organisation's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)Coordinating the APAC Cadet and Graduate ProgramDeveloping communication resources, including leader toolkits,
