Working semi‐autonomously, you'll engage members of the public, conduct express and complete heart health checks, and provide clear, supportive guidance on heart health and lifestyle risk factors.
This role balances hands on health screening with excellent customer experience, requiring sound judgement, attention to detail, and strong communication.




You'll represent the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute with professionalism while supporting community awareness and prevention of cardiovascular disease.What we will trust you withDelivering mobile heart health checks at community and partner eventsSetting up and maintaining testing and concierge stations, equipment and stockMeasuring blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol accuratelyCompleting equipment checks, controls and basic troubleshootingEngaging participants respectfully and assisting with forms and wait‐time communicationProviding clear, discreet guidance on heart health and lifestyle modificationWorking collaboratively with partner organisations and the Heart Health Check teamDriving the Institute's vehicle and transporting equipment as requiredDoes this sound like you?
