Front End Loader Operator – Clay Shed
Roster: Day shifts (6am – 6pm) | Rotating shifts on a 2 – 2 – 3 roster (7 shifts per fortnight)
Location: Middle Swan

Duties & responsibilities
Operate front-end loaders to supply clay to production hoppers.
Push up, stockpile and blend raw clay materials to manage and support continuous manufacturing.
Monitor material quality and maintain consistent clay supply to production.
Conduct daily pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks.
Monitor material quality and maintain consistent production flow.
Assist with housekeeping and basic plant maintenance activities.
Follow site safety procedures and protected operating practices at all times.

Skills & experience
Previous front-end loader operating experience.
Current Loader ticket/competencies.
Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport.
Full Australian working rights and currently residing in Perth.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
Strong commitment to safety, reliability and teamwork.
Ability to provide two recent supervisor references.
