About the Role

As an Event Security Officer, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, secure, and welcoming workplace for patrons, staff, and performers at a wide range of events. From concerts, festivals, and sporting events to exhibitions, community events, and corporate functions, no two shifts are the same.

Shifts: Weekdays and weekend | Day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times.
Monitor crowd behaviour and assist with crowd management.
Conduct access control, ticket verification, and entry screening, including bag checks where required.




Patrol event venues to identify and respond to potential safety or security risks.
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
Assist with evacuations and emergency procedures when required.
Enforce venue rules, event policies, and security procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in event security, crowd control, venue security, or a customer-facing security role would be preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A qualified, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Strong attention to detail
A reliable and punctual work history
