No two days are never the same, this role requires the highest attention to detail & is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the equipment hire.A hands-on approach with the Workshop Orders team is critical,



being able to support as needed by parking up machines and equipment during peak times.The position's primary responsibilities are:Assist with the day-to-day activities of the equipment hire over the phone & face to face with customersAlways provide exceptional customer service at all timesThe timely processing of Hire Contracts & all Hire Administrative TasksSupporting the operations between:Sales Team – Working closely with the team to provide support to ensure the utmost success is achieved every dayWorkshop - Working together to ensure all orders are fulfilled in full & in a timely matter.Drivers - Provide clear instructions to the transport team to ensure all orders are delivered on time every timeFinance Team – Aid the finance team with any assistance they may need regarding hire invoicing queries, understanding additional charges and/or disputesABOUT YOUEssential:The ultimate multi-taskerAbility to work in a high-pressure environmentLive, breathe & thrive on adrenalineCustomer service experience, you need to be a customer service superstar and love speaking to customers.Ability to think outside of the box, problem-solving is a daily taskHumility: you will define success collectively and not individually.
