including general accounting and budgetingManage the invoicing of levies and service charges, and implement arrears collection strategiesCoordinate maintenance tasks and strictly enforce rules and by-lawsMentor other members within your POD and assist with general secretarial tasksAbout you:Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar Strata Management roleStrong working knowledge of current strata legislationSelf-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsA proactive team player who genuinely enjoys building positive relationshipsExperience utilising PropertyIQ is highly advantageousCurrent Strata Management Licence or Certificate of RegistrationAbout the company:Join a respected property group known for its progressive workplace.
