Join Visy's Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team in a 2-month fixed term opportunity where you'll gain practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, administration and people processes within a large, complex organisation.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student looking to build hands-on Human Resources experience and strengthen their qualified skills.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting recruitment activities, including job advertising, interview coordination and candidate communication.
Engaging with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
Reviewing applications and conducting phone screens.
Maintaining candidate records within the recruitment system.
What We're Looking For
Recently completed or currently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Psychology or a related discipline.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail.
Sound Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
This is a 2-month fixed term opportunity.
