Elements Villages is looking for a hands‐on Accountant to join our small, close-knit team at our retirement village in Springwood, QLD ****.This isn't a "stick to your lane" accounting role.
We're a small operation, so you'll wear a few hats — happy to help wherever the business needs it, not just the numbers.What you'll be doing:Managing day-to-day financial operations for the village, including budgeting, reporting, and reconciliationsHandling accounts payable/receivable and resident billingSupporting compliance with the Retirement Villages Act (Qld) — or willing to get across it quickly if you're new to the sectorPitching in on other tasks as they come up — this is a small team where everyone helps outLiaising with residents, families, and management with warmth and professionalismWhat we're looking for:Qualified accountant (or working towards CPA/CA)



with solid bookkeeping/accounting experienceGenuinely good with people — you'll be dealing with residents, not just spreadsheetsComfortable in a small-team setting where roles overlapExperience with the Retirement Villages Act is a bonus, but not essential — willingness to learn is what mattersReliable, adaptable, and happy to get stuck into whatever the day throws at youWhat's on offer:$85,000 - $105,000 FTELikely a 3 day per week role - however could be a full-time role if able to pick up other roles which would help out the teamWhy Join Us?
