Beauty Salon Operations Consultant (Contractor)
Sydney | Contract Position | 1 Day a week (Flexible) + Additional Days as Required - Car is required Traveling across all stores.

Are you an experienced Beauty Salon Manager looking for a flexible contract role where you can use your leadership skills to mentor teams, improve salon performance and maintain high operational standards?
Browco is looking for an experienced Beauty Salon Operations Consultant to visit our Sydney salons, to do a check on stores.
About the Role
You will visit approximately two salons per day, spending 2-3 hours in each locations
Your role will focus on maintaining operational excellence, supporting staff development and ensuring each salon consistently meets Browco's standards.
Key Responsibilities
Complete monthly operational store check-ins.
Conduct detailed salon cleanliness and presentation audits.
Ensure all Browco operational procedures and standards are being followed.
Complete OH&S; inspections and ensure compliance requirements are met.
Must do a NEW VOC every 3 months.
Ensure treatment rooms, reception and retail displays meet company standards.
Identify maintenance or operational issues and report recommendations.




Provide detailed written reports after each store visit, including action plans and follow-up items.
About You
You will have:
Previous experience managing a busy beauty salon or multi-site beauty business.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Confidence in providing constructive feedback and implementing change.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
ABN and appropriate contractor insurance.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Multi Salon consaltant
Previous Salon Manager or Area Manager experience.
Knowledge of OH&S; requirements within the beauty industry.
