About the Role
We're seeking an Architect ready to step into more self-directed work, with a genuine opportunity to grow into a Project Lead role.
Joining our team on a full time basis, you'll work across our three studios - Health/Commercial, Aged/Community, and Education - from our Pyrmont studio, involved across the full project lifecycle from concept design through to documentation, approvals and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver architectural design across a range of project types and studios
Prepare concept designs,



documentation and construction drawings to a high standard
Take on increasing ownership of project delivery as you progress toward a lead role
Collaborate with directors, planners and multidisciplinary team members
About You
Minimum 3 years' architecture experience in Australia (5+ years preferred)
Registered as an Architect in NSW, or working towards registration
Strong technical documentation skills
Ready to work more autonomously and take on greater project responsibility
A relevant architecture degree (Bachelor or Master of Architecture)
Salary & Benefits
$85,000-$115,000 base + superannuation, depending on experience
Clear progression pathway to Project Lead, mentored directly by our directors
