OGP is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across Residential + Commercial sectors.
The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of more than 5 projects at a time, across various sectors, from OGP's HQ in Arndell Park.Working alongside the builder, responsibilities will include construction programming, subcontractor management, estimating, council management, coordination of onsite activities, client liaison, completion of construction certificates, occupation certificates and much more.The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with the following skills and experience:2+ yrs PM experience in commercial and residential constructionA tertiary qualification in construction or demonstrated equivalentCommunicate with Clients, Suppliers, Sub Contractors, Internal Staff and Consultants effectivelyDevelop, issue and manage construction programs via Microsoft Projects, including scope, schedule, resources and related project itemsIdentify potential challenges and risks,



and work collaboratively to implement solutionsMeet weekly with Site Managers and builder to monitor the progress across the OGP portfolioPractical knowledge of all aspects of construction including ability to read drawings and specificationsStrong organisational and project management skillsAbility to work independently in a tight knit workplace and manage a team of Project Co-ordinatorsTrack record of successfully assisting in the delivery of new builds $2m +Track record of successfully managing the delivery of Class 2 builds $2m+Proficient in ProCore, SignOnSite, OneNote and Microsoft Projects or similar management systemsMandatory itemsPolice CheckValid NSW Drivers LicenseConstruction White CardThis is afull-time position, working from Monday to Saturday,with a focus on long-term career development.
