Responsibilities

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will collaborate with educators to observe, review and continuously enhance the educational programs delivered to children. You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early‑years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with centre leadership, you will lead transformative change and champion excellence in educational practice.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent (Diploma or ACECQA‑approved)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check
Previous experience leading change in an educational setting
