Senior Strategy Manager We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to join a well known brand with a highly regarded team.

Play a key role in shaping the next horizon of customer strategy and this is an exciting prospect for a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex problems, leading cross‑functional initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.

As Senior Strategy Manager, you’ll help co‑create enterprise‑wide strategy, lead the annual corporate planning process, and develop insights that inform C‑suite and Board decision‑making. You’ll bring structure, creativity, and customer focus to strategic challenges, guiding projects from definition to delivery.

Base Pay Range A$200,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr

Location Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end strategic projects from framing problems to executing solutions.

Develop insight‑driven recommendations and craft compelling narratives for senior audiences.

Manage multiple cross‑functional projects and stakeholder groups.





Guide market research and data analysis to identify high‑impact opportunities.

Coach and mentor 1‑2 direct reports to build strategic capability across the business.

Qualifications

5+ years in management consulting with experience from McKinsey, Bain, BCG or the likes of LEK, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&.

Proven experience in hypothesis‑driven problem solving, business case development, and financial analysis.

Robust understanding of strategic frameworks and analytical methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build executive‑level presentations.

A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a passion for driving enterprise impact.
