nutritious meals and snacks for children throughout the day while maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene practices.You'll be responsible for:Planning and preparing healthy, balanced mealsCreating menus that are nutritious, appealing and child-friendlyAccommodating allergy, dietary and cultural requirementsManaging food ordering, stock control and kitchen organisationMaintaining food safety and compliance standardsBuilding positive relationships with children, families and educatorsEncouraging a positive and healthy relationship with foodWe'd Love to Hear From You If You HaveExperience working in a commercial kitchen, childcare setting, school, aged care environment or similarKnowledge of food safety and safe food handling practicesA Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)A current Blue Card or ability to obtain oneStrong organisational skills and the ability to work independentlyA warm, positive and caring natureA genuine passion for children's health and wellbeingJoin a Centre Where You'll Be AppreciatedAt Little School Highland Park, we know that some of the most significant moments in a child's day happen around the table.
