We are seeking applicants for a Care Service Employee role to join our growing team at Vietnam Veterans
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
Assisting residents with mobility and transfers
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and wellbeing
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
Assisting with meal preparation and serving
Adhering to all policies and procedures of Alino Living
Participating in training and development opportunities as required
Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
A current First Aid Certificate
A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
A compassionate and caring nature
