Partnering closely with project teams, the team works to achieve study enrolment targets while ensuring all recruitment activities are conducted in line with ICH and GCP guidelines and industry best practices.Shifts are allocated between 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 5:00pm on weekends.Key responsibilitiesHandling inbound and outbound calls with potential participantsMinimum six months experience in a contact centreAssisting eligible participants by conducting phone screening questionnaires based on the clinical studies requirementsInbound and outbound calls – up to 40 + calls per daySelecting trials for participants based on eligibility criteriaBuild excellent rapport with existing and new participantsBooking appoints and updating the participant databaseRequirementsMedical research/clinical operations experience would be advantageousCall center experience is preferableMust have excellent time management skills with an ability to work in a fast‐paced environmentAble to work independently and effectively in a teamMaintain a professional level of confidentialityMeet set targets and KPI'sWhat's In It for You:Meaningful Impact Contribute directly to advancing medicine and improving lives through early‐phase clinical research.Greenfield Experience Be part of launching a brand‐new site, with opportunities to cross‐skill, influence processes,
