About the Role
Operating across the ACT & Southern NSW, our specialised team provides critical Water and Wastewater Treatment services across a large portfolio of tier‐1 clients.
This hands‐on, active role involves:




Conducting routine water treatment testing and adjusting chemical dosing levels via digital controllers.
Servicing, maintaining, and cleaning client assets including cooling towers, closed heating/chilled water systems, steam boilers, pools, spas, and water features.
Interpreting chemical ranges, identifying the underlying causes of equipment faults, and executing transparent report writing.
About You
We are looking for self‐motivated, reliable individuals who love working outdoors, working with their hands, and taking pride in their work.
To be successful, you must have:
Experience: Prior experience within the water treatment industry is highly regarded and preferred.
However, if you have the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a mechanical or trade background, we still encourage you to apply!
Citizenship & Clearance: You must be an Australian Citizen and have the eligibility to obtain and maintain a National Security Clearance (Baseline/NV1).
Licence: A current, unrestricted Australian Driver's License with a clean driving history.
Physical Capability: Fitness to comfortably handle manual tasks, climb ladders/work at heights, and safely lift chemical drums weighing *****kg.
Skills: Strong independent time management, basic-to-intermediate computer skills, and clear communication skills to liaise with clients.
Compliance: A willingness to obtain a current National Police Clearance.
Note: A qualification in sciences, environmental fields, or a mechanical trade is an advantage, but not a requirement.
