We're on the hunt for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic team in Woolloongabba on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role has a strong focus on collections and debtor management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships while ensuring outstanding accounts are collected in a timely manner.Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-volume invoice generation and client deliveryProactive collections activity to ensure overdue accounts are paid within agreed termsManaging customer accounts and maintaining debtor ledgersFollowing up outstanding invoices via phone and emailResolving payment disputes and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve timely outcomesManaging client enquiries and providing timely resolutionsAccount reconciliationsClaim managementMaintaining accurate records and ensuring attention to detail at all timesCollaborating with internal teams to support the broader finance functionWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections roleDemonstrated experience managing collections and debtor management activitiesConfidence communicating with customers and negotiating payment outcomesExperience working with Business Central (highly regarded but not essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Us?
