Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specializing in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.The Role:We are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to partner with a 65-year-old male participant based in Casino, NSW.
Our participant has sustained a Traumatic Brain injury which has resulted in the loss of limb movement.Our participant requires support from Monday to Sunday on the below times (please note: flexibility with shifts is required as shift times may be altered slightly depending on participant's needs).




Pay Rates:Day - $***** per hourAfternoon - $***** per hourSaturday - $***** per hourSunday - $***** per hourKey Responsibilities:Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparationAssistance with Health & Rehab exercisesCommunity access + rehab appointmentsAssistance with personal careCompleting skin checksSkills and Experience:Reliable, proactive and positive attitudeCertificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalentNDIS Effective Communication ModuleCurrent National Police ClearanceNDIS Worker Orientation ModuleCurrent NDIS Worker Screen checkFirst Aid & CPR CertificateAustralian Driver LicenseCurrent WWCCPlease note: two current references are required
