As part of a major renovation program involving over 300 holiday homes, they are seeking experienced Carpenters to join their team in Coppabella.
You will help deliver high-quality renovations across a large portfolio of properties.What You Will Be Doing:Our client is seeking a Trade Qualified Carpenter to join their team in a Full Time position.
Working Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 2:30PM.
You will be working alongside a team of skilled tradespeople, you will play a key role in the renovation of over 300 holiday homes.
Your responsibilities will include;Carry out general carpentry works including framing, fixing, cladding, flooring, doors, windows and internal fit-out as part of holiday home renovationsInstall and repair timber and lightweight steel framing, wall linings, skirting, architraves and other finishing carpentry componentsRead and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications to complete renovation works to project requirementsMeasure, cut and assemble building materials using hand and power tools while maintaining high standards of workmanshipRemove and replace damaged or outdated building materials, fixtures and fittings as required during refurbishment worksInstall kitchens,



cabinetry, benchtops, doors, hardware and other joinery components where requiredWork collaboratively with other trades including electricians, plumbers, painters and flooring installers to meet project schedulesConduct rectification and defect works to ensure completed homes meet quality standards and client expectationsMaintain a clean, safe and organised work area, ensuring compliance with WHS policies, procedures and site safety requirementsComplete renovation works efficiently to meet project deadlines across multiple holiday homes while maintaining quality and productivityWhat You Will NeedCurrent Certificate III in CarpentryDemonstrated experience in residential construction, renovations or refurbishment projectsProven ability to complete both first fix and second fix carpentry to a high standardCompetent in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans and specificationsProficient in the safe use of hand tools, power tools and carpentry equipmentStrong knowledge of building practices,



Australian Standards and WHS requirementsAbility to work independently and as part of a multi-trade construction teamExcellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality workmanship and finishingAbility to manage workloads efficiently and meet project deadlines across multiple renovation sitesConstruction White CardDriver's Licence and reliable transport.What's in it for you?
