Coastline Architectural Windows is seeking a skilled Window Fabricator to join our production team on a full-time basis at our Unanderra, NSW facility.
This role is fundamental to our manufacturing operations, as you will be responsible for the precise fabrication and assembly of high-quality architectural windows.
Your work will directly impact the quality of products we deliver to our clients and the efficiency of our production line.
This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Key responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble window frames and components according to specifications and technical drawings
Operate and maintain window fabrication machinery and equipment safely and effectively
Measure, cut, and shape materials including aluminium, timber, and glazing components with precision
Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure products meet company standards and client requirements
Prepare windows for glazing and ensure proper installation of glass panes and seals
Collaborate with other team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
Report any equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors promptly
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
What we're looking for
Proven experience working as a window fabricator or in a similar manufacturing role within the architectural or construction industry
Strong technical knowledge of window fabrication processes, materials, and methods
Proficiency in operating window fabrication machinery and hand tools safely
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision




Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address production issues
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Commitment to health and safety standards and practices
Physical capability to perform repetitive manual tasks and work with materials of varying weights
Desirable: experience with computer-aided design (CAD) systems or production planning software
Desirable: knowledge of aluminium, timber, and glazing materials and their properties
