You'll have the autonomy to manage your own jobs and client relationships, backed by a team and office that actually has your back.What you'll be doing:Residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work - installs, upgrades, fault-finding, and repairsWorking across electrical, data, air conditioning, renewable energy, and automation projectsManaging your own quotes, client communication with all the support from the officeMentoring apprentices and contributing to a strong on-the-job training cultureAbout YouA current electrical licence (essential)A Class C driver's licenceARCtick accreditation highly regarded (or willingness to obtain - Company will supply)Registered Cabler, First Aid/CPR, or Clean Energy Council accreditation - excellent to have,
