Wyvern Health Ltd is seeking a part-time Radiographer to join our medical imaging team at our Terrey Hills facility in NSW.
As a Radiographer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
This position offers the flexibility of part-time work whilst maintaining the strategic importance of ensuring accurate, safe and efficient imaging procedures.
Your expertise will directly contribute to patient care outcomes and the continued success of our imaging services.We have a 24-hour, state-of-the-art Radiology facility delivering the highest quality patient care without compromise.
You will be responsible for producing the highest quality imaging for patients using the latest imaging equipment and technology, including MRI, CT, X-Ray, Fluoroscopy and two dedicated Angio/Cath Labs.The role allows you to work across our Imaging and Theatre suites with full training provided across all modalities.
Theatre and Angio/Cath labs will be a focus in this private hospital role, and you will be supported by a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical service to patients, specialist consultants and referrers at Wyvern Private Hospital.On-Call and flexible shift times are available for the successful candidate.
This role is a permanent part-time position currently with the possibility of transitioning to full-time as our business grows.
This opportunity would also suit a new graduate candidate seeking career growth and clinical development.What you'll be doingOperating and maintaining diagnostic imaging equipment in accordance with strict safety and quality standardsPositioning patients correctly to obtain optimal diagnostic images whilst minimising radiation exposurePreparing patients for imaging procedures, including explaining procedures and addressing patient concernsMaintaining detailed and accurate records of imaging procedures and patient informationAdhering to radiation protection protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant legislationCollaborating with radiologists,
