About the role
We are seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join our team at our Castle Hill office in NSW (next to Castle Hill Metro station).
The role will include:
Building solid client relationships.
Preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
Completing BAS, IAS, FBT, and PAYG obligations for a diverse client base.
Assisting with tax planning services we provide clients in April/May every year.
Providing financial analysis and business advisory services to our business clients this includes preparation of budgets, forecasted cashflows and management reporting.
Participating in professional development sessions.

As an Intermediate Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering quality financial services to our diverse client base, working alongside experienced professionals to support the growth and success of both our clients and our firm.

What we're looking for
To be eligible for this role you need to be:
Degree qualified in Accounting or related discipline
Currently studying towards or recently completed CA
At least 3 years experience in public practice
Solid understanding of Australian tax and compliance requirements for SME clients.
Confident preparing tax returns and financial statements
Proficiency using Xero and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, positive time management and willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a client‐service mindset
Professional demeanour and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
