We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital channels and platforms, ensuring they are effective, user‐centred and aligned to Ozcare's purpose and brand.This role is ideal for an experienced digital specialist who enjoys managing end‐to‐end digital activity, working independently, and bringing a structured, organised approach that gives leaders confidence that digital performance, content and campaigns are being actively managed and continuously improved.Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance Ozcare's digital presence, engagement and impact.About the roleAs the Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing Ozcare's digital platforms and marketing activity, ensuring our websites, campaigns and digital channels effectively support clients, staff and the wider community.Your role will cover strategy, execution and optimisation across a broad digital portfolio.Supporting the development and implementation of Ozcare's digital strategyManaging Ozcare's digital platforms, including websites, intranet and digital communication toolsEnsuring digital content aligns with organisational priorities, brand guidelines and communication standardsWebsite & Content ManagementMaintaining and updating Ozcare's corporate, hospital and retirement living websites using WordPressEnsuring website content is accurate, accessible, user‐friendly and up to dateWorking with internal teams to publish service information, updates and campaign contentMonitoring website performance and user experience to identify improvement opportunitiesCoordinating website enhancements with CX designers, developers and technical teamsDigital Marketing,



SEO & SEMDeveloping and managing digital campaigns to promote Ozcare's services, programs and initiativesManaging email marketing and digital communications to key audiencesSupporting SEO and SEM initiatives to improve visibility, traffic and engagementWorking with external agencies to plan, manage and optimise paid digital activityMonitoring campaign performance, budgets and outcomes, and recommending improvementsSocial Media & Digital CommunitiesManaging Ozcare's social media channels and digital communitiesSupporting the creation of engaging digital content aligned to the Ozcare brandMonitoring social engagement and responding appropriately to enquiries and feedbackTracking and analysing digital performance including website traffic, campaign results and engagement metricsPreparing regular reports that inform decision‐making and continuous improvementUsing insights to enhance user experience and digital effectivenessCollaboration, Brand & GovernanceWorking closely with Brand and Communications, Marketing, Service teams and external partnersEnsuring all digital activity complies with accessibility standards, privacy requirements and Ozcare policyMonitoring digital channels for reputational risk and escalating issues when requiredMaintaining content governance and approval processes to protect brand integrityAbout youYou're a confident, detail‐focused digital marketing skilled who enjoys taking ownership and responsibility for digital performance.
You're comfortable working autonomously, while keeping stakeholders informed and assured that digital activity is well managed.You'll bring:Proven experience managing websites, digital platforms and digital marketing campaignsStrong knowledge of CMS platforms, email marketing tools and analyticsExperience supporting SEO and SEM activity, including performance reportingExperience using the WordPress platformExcellent organisational and project management skills
