Full time or part time roles available.Job DescriptionIn this role you willComplete functional assessments with participants in their homes and community environments.Set meaningful, person-centred goals informed by real life routines and support needs.Provide recommendations for environmental modifications across home, school and work settings.Identify and prescribe appropriate Assistive Technology to support independence.Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery.QualificationsCurrent AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.Proven ability to work independently in a community setting.Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.Strong communication and relationship building skills.Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.Additional InformationWhat's in it for you?
