You'll ensure warranty claims are processed accurately and consistently, while upholding Kia's Warranty Policies and Procedures.Working closely with dealers and internal stakeholders, you'll contribute to continuous improvement and help deliver an exceptional aftersales experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and update all monthly and adhoc warranty reporting using internal and BI toolsProcess and adjudicate warranty claims and prior work approvals (PWAs)Monitor and review submitted warranty claims,



conducting monthly system reviews and recommending appropriate actionsProvide timely and professional support to dealers via email and phoneApply knowledge of Kia Warranty Policy & Procedures to resolve issues and support dealer trainingAbout YouYou're detail‐oriented, customer‐focused and confident working with dealers and technical information.
