The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the delivery team on a government backed, large scale multi unit residential development in Padstow, working closely with the site management team to ensure works are delivered to program, specification and Coplex's quality standards.
This is a great opportunity for a Site Engineer to take on real ownership across a technically complex, high-profile project within a structured, supportive business that offers genuine mentoring and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day engineering functions across the project, including setout, survey and quality control
Coordinate subcontractors,



deliveries and trade sequencing across multiple work fronts
Review and interpret drawings, specifications and structural details, resolving RFIs and technical queries
Support the project team with programme tracking, reporting and identifying potential delays
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and procurement schedules
Ensure works comply with ICIRT standards, project specifications, government contract requirements and WHS legislation
About You
Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
Must have local experience 2+ years as a Site Engineer within a similar large scale residential or multi unit environment
Strong technical knowledge of construction methodology, documentation and site processes
Ability to work well within a site team and take ownership of assigned work fronts
Full Australian working rights
Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive, solutions focused approach
