Wynter & Reign is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and fashion-forward Casual Fashion Retail Assistant to join our boutique team.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about styling, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice.
Build genuine relationships with customers and create memorable shopping experiences.
Process sales, exchanges and payments through the point-of-sale system.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards, including styling mannequins, colour coordinating displays and keeping the boutique beautifully presented.
Being confident on camera and happy to model new arrivals for social media.
Replenish stock, organise the sales floor and ensure all clothing is displayed in size order.
Assist with receiving, unpacking and processing new stock deliveries.
Keep fitting rooms, counters and store areas clean and tidy throughout each shift.
Support social media content creation where required.
Complete general store cleaning and housekeeping duties.
About You
A genuine passion for fashion and styling.
Confident & comfortable modelling our latest arrivals for social media content.
Friendly, confident and approachable with excellent communication skills.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful store.
Flexible availability, including weekends, late-night trade and public holidays when required.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
