The Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking genuine Toyota parts and accessories.
You willassistcustomers, process orders, managestockand provide outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Assistingretail and trade customers with parts enquiries
Interpreting andidentifyingautomotive parts and accessories
Processing orders and invoices accurately
Managing customer back-orders and follow-ups
Maintaining stock locations and inventory accuracy
Promotingadditionalsales opportunities
Providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining a clean,safeandorganisedwork environment




About You
Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
Excellent communication and telephone manner
Good computer skills
Organised with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current Queensland DriverLicence
Experience
Experience in automotive parts interpretation is preferred but not essential.
We are willing to train the right person.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Every 3rd Saturday rostered
