As a company, we place a strong emphasis on developing and building solid relationships with our partners and customers, including our most important partnership - Our people.About The RoleThis is a genuine hands-on recruitment role where you'll spend much of your day connecting with candidates, conducting phone interviews and partnering with operational leaders to fill critical field-based roles across Queensland.The majority of your recruitment will focus on blue-collar positions including Labourers, Yard Hands and Scaffolders.You'll need to be comfortable managing multiple vacancies at once, making high volumes of outbound calls and building relationships with candidates from the construction and trades industry.Working alongside the National Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll also have the opportunity to support white-collar recruitment, employer branding initiatives,
