Perform regular security checks of the building and facilities between the hours of 8.00pm and 6.00am.
Report security breaches / damage, note by-law breaches, safety hazards and maintenance requirements and report work requiring body corporate action and unlock / lock recreational and other areas as required.
Monitor CCTV security system.
Shifts are:
Tuesday 8.00pm and 6.00am
Wednesday 8.00pm and 6.00am
Thursday 8.00pm and 6.00am
Casual rates weekdays: Evening - Monday 7pm to midnight $***** per hour plus $2.81 per hour: Night work - Monday - midnight to 7am $***** per hour plus $4.22 per hour
