Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you engage with guests, assist with enquiries and help maintain a vibrant and positive atmosphere.Day to day, you will:Assist customers with questions and enquiriesMonitor the gaming floor while maintaining safety protocolsEnsure the area is safe, clean, and machines are easily accessible to customersReport faults or technical issues promptlyWhat you will bring to the role:To be successful in this role, you will bring a positive attitude, strong initiative and great communication skills.
