About the Role
You'll enjoy a varied workload across residential air conditioning and refrigeration, including:
Split system and ducted air conditioning installationsAir conditioning servicing, maintenance and fault findingResidential refrigeration repairsWarranty work for leading manufacturersA healthy mix of service and installation workMentoring apprentices and supporting other techniciansHelping improve systems and technical standards as the business grows

What We're Looking For




We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of building something great.
You'll ideally have:
Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning MechanicCurrent Refrigerant Handling LicenceCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsExperience installing split and ducted systemsExcellent customer service and communication skillsA positive attitude and willingness to support the teamPride in delivering quality workmanship every timeThe desire to step into a leadership role and help others succeed
Leadership experience is an advantage—but not essential.
