With continued growth in Sydney, they're looking to appoint an experienced Special Counsel to play a key role in one of the firm's flagship litigation practices.
Working alongside former top-tier Partners, you'll advise sophisticated corporate, government and private clients on complex commercial disputes while helping mentor the next generation of lawyers and contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice.
The Opportunity
This is a broad commercial litigation role offering a diverse mix of complex, high-value work across a range of industries.
You'll advise clients on matters including:
Commercial and contractual disputes
Shareholder and corporate governance disputes
Insolvency and restructuring
Construction and infrastructure disputes
Financial services litigation
Intellectual property disputes
Regulatory investigations and enforcement
Fraud and tax-related disputes
From early strategic advice through to litigation, mediation and negotiated outcomes, you'll work directly with business owners, boards, executives and in-house legal teams to deliver commercially focused solutions.
You'll enjoy significant autonomy, strong client contact and the opportunity to play an active role in developing both the practice and its people.

About You
You'll likely bring:
8+ years' PAE in Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution
Strong experience managing complex commercial disputes
Excellent technical drafting and strategic advisory skills
Commercial judgement and a practical approach to solving client problems
Confidence building trusted client relationships
Experience mentoring junior lawyers
An interest in contributing to the continued growth of a successful disputes practice
