CPM Advisory & Project Management – Brisbane QLD
CPM is seeking experienced Civil Inspectors to support the delivery of infrastructure projects across Queensland.
We are interested in hearing from professionals with experience in construction surveillance, site inspections, quality assurance and contract administration who are looking for contract-based project assignments.
Opportunities may be located across South East Queensland and regional Queensland, with assignments ranging from local government and utility projects through to larger transport and infrastructure programs.
About the Role
Working within client and project delivery teams, you will be responsible for monitoring construction activities and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, standards and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities may include:
Conducting site inspections and surveillance activities
Monitoring construction quality and compliance
Maintaining site records, inspection reports and project documentation
Managing photographic records and quality evidence
Liaising with contractors, project teams and client representatives
Identifying and reporting quality or compliance issues
Supporting project governance, reporting and contract administration activities
About You
You will ideally bring:
Experience as a Civil Inspector, Surveillance Officer, Works Inspector or similar
Experience working on civil construction or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of construction standards, specifications and quality processes
Strong written reporting and record-keeping skills
Experience using Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems
Current driver's licence
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement capability
Experience working on road, transport, water, utilities or local government projects will be highly regarded.
