A strong opportunity exists for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a high‐performing infrastructure delivery team working across complex civil, road, energy and multi‐disciplinary projects.
This role suits a practical, safety‐driven leader with strong stakeholder capability and proven experience supervising civil works in both greenfield and brownfield environments.You will oversee day‐to‐day construction activities, coordinate operational teams and subcontractors, and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project specifications, environmental requirements and quality standards.The OpportunityAs Civil Supervisor, you will take ownership of planning, sequencing and executing civil works while leading on‐site teams to achieve program, quality and safety outcomes.
You will be a key interface between project management, subcontractors, authorities and field crews, ensuring transparent communication and proactive issue resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise on‐site operational teams and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, quality and cultural‐heritage requirementsConduct pre‐start meetings, toolbox talks and targeted trainingBuild strong internal and external stakeholder relationshipsVerify worker and subcontractor compliance (tickets, VOCs, SWMS, inductions)Identify and mitigate risks prior to commencing worksManage labour,
