In this role,



you'll play a key part in supporting our hiring processes in ouroffice-based team.Your key responsibilities will include:Writing and posting job ads across multiple platformsScreening incoming resumes and shortlisting candidatesConducting initial video screenings with applicantsScheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managersCoordinating recruitment activities across different states and New ZealandMaintaining accurate records and staying on top of interview logisticsWho You AreWe're not after a mountain of HR experience – we're aftersomeone with strong organisation, excellent communication skills, and a whole lot of practical thinking.You'll thrive in this role if you have:Excellent verbal communication– clear, friendly and confident on the phoneStrong organisational skills– you know how to manage calendars, tasks and prioritiesCommon sense and initiative– you're proactive, sensible and calm under pressureHigh-Energy, fast paced– you thrive on working in a fast paced setting and thrive on connecting the right people with job opportunities.Previous recruitment experience is essential and a track record of recruitment agency experience will be highly regarded.Please do not apply if you do not have prior recruitment experience.
