This is a great opportunity to be part of a respected, family-owned business during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year.Harvest work is seasonal and dependent on weather and site conditions, so we're looking for people with a positive attitude who can commit to seeing the season through.Key Responsibilities:Monitor grain from truck to equipment and into storageGeneral cleaning and safe upkeep of the workspaceOperate tractors, augers, hoppers,



and other site machineryAssist with weighbridge operations and grain sampling where requiredWork closely with the site team to keep operations running smoothly and safelyRequirements (Essential):Positive attitude and solid work ethicAble to pass drug and alcohol testsPhysically fit and able to work long hours in hot, dusty conditionsCommitted to the season and flexible around changing work requirementsDedicated to keeping yourself and your team-mates safeDesirable (but not essential):Heavy rigid truck licenceConfined Space CertificateJoin a supportive, safety-focused local teamBe part of a well-established, family-owned businessGreat opportunity for those wanting hands-on seasonal workYou will be required to meet McNaughts Transport's employment criteria, which will include a medical and drug and alcohol test.
