Global Organisation in Warwick Farm$***** per hour + superFull time temporary opportunity - 6 Month with possible extension or permanencyOur client, a leading global organisation based in Warwick Farm, is seeking a Warranty Claims Officer to join their busy customer service team.This role will see you manage a high volume of warranty and service enquiries while supporting customers throughout the claims process.
You will work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.Your duties will include:Managing high volume inbound calls regarding warranty and service enquiriesResponding to customers via phone, email and web channelsProcessing warranty claims and service requests accurately and efficientlyReviewing claim information and ensuring all required details are providedUpdating customer records and maintaining accurate claims informationHandling customer complaints and difficult interactions professionallyLiaising with internal departments to resolve warranty enquiriesWorking towards KPIs including customer satisfaction and first call resolutionCompleting general administration and data entry as requiredThe successful candidate:Has previous experience in warranty claims, call centre or high volume customer serviceHas a customer service or hospitality background, which will be highly regardedHas robust communication skills, both written and verbalCan confidently manage complaints and challenging customer interactionsHas excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skillsCan work under pressure while remaining calm and professionalIs confident, friendly, switched on and genuinely passionate about customer serviceIs available to work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to FridayAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age and genetic information.
