About
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Fundraising Manager to join a well-established not-for-profit organisation.
This is a hands‐on role that will see you leading donor acquisition, individual giving and regular giving initiatives, while developing campaigns that strengthen supporter engagement and drive sustainable fundraising growth.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll manage integrated fundraising campaigns across direct mail and digital channels, using data and insights to maximise performance and donor retention.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
Manage donor acquisition, regular giving and single-gift fundraising programs.
Develop and enhance donor journeys to improve supporter engagement and retention.
Analyse campaign performance and use insights to optimise future activity.
Manage campaign budgets,



timelines and agency relationships.
Monitor fundraising KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with organisational goals.
About You To be successful,
you'll have:
Previous experience in individual giving, direct marketing or fundraising.
Strong understanding of donor acquisition and retention strategies.
Experience using CRM systems and donor segmentation.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
